At Peninsula Auto Parts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Electrical parts and components
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Customized or special order parts

Email us at support@peninsulaautoparts.com. with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. - Return Authorization:
We will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item if it is eligible. - Shipping:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
