Return & Refund Policy

At Peninsula Auto Parts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Electrical parts and components
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
    • Customized or special order parts

  1. Request a Return:
    Email us at support@peninsulaautoparts.com. with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    We will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item if it is eligible.
  3. Shipping:
    You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  1. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
